Refund policy

At Artisan International, every item is a handcrafted treasure, often one-of-a-kind, made by skilled artisans from across the African diaspora. Because of the handmade nature of our pieces and our commitment to paying artisans fair wages, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless an item arrives damaged during shipping. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Each purchase directly supports artisan livelihoods and helps preserve cultural craft traditions. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing — we’re here to help you find the piece that’s just right for you.
